Prices are subject to change without notice, but will be honored based on prices and terms prevailing at time of order.

WARRANTY

We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your new golf clubs. However after delivery of your order, if you are dissatisfied with your golf clubs you may return them in a like new condition (no ball marks, scuffs, nicks, blemishes, dents, discolorations, chips, alterations, or any changes to the original conditions of the club) within 30 days for a money back guarantee (excluding costs of shipping and handling). If one of our clubs should fail within the first year due to loose head, broken shaft, loose grip or any reason other than normal wear and tear or abuse, at our discretion, it will be replaced or repaired for free (excluding shipping to Avex Golf). Avex Golf will ship back to customer with no additional shipping costs.
Normal wear and tear includes any defects cause by their use including: worn grips, scratches, rusting, or blemished components. Abusive wear includes: throwing, slamming, bending, or breaking the club components, and hitting items other than a golf ball. Avex Golf will judge state of clubs and these terms.

LIMITATIONS

a. Warrantees apply to date of purchase and not date of replacement.
b. Avex Golf is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of our products.
c. Avex Golf will handle warrantee claims.
d. No company, dealer, distributor, agent, or person is authorized to modify, change, or extend the terms of warranty in any manner whatsoever.

Products repaired or modified by another facility or persons other than Avex Golf will not be covered and will void all warrantees.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Orders will be shipped Airborne Express Ground delivery and will be insured accordingly. We will also e-mail you with the ship date and tracking number when your clubs are shipped. The expected amount of time to receive an order is 2 weeks. Please contact Avex Golf or Airborne Express as soon as possible in event that goods are damaged. Avex Golf is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen products during the shipping process. Please allow two weeks for shipment so we can assure the highest quality.
